Dear Friends,

Our focus this month began last month – well everything builds on what came before, doesn’t it? In September we looked at the 3 Cs – Choices, Creation and Change. Now we begin to experience them, apply them, in our lives.

For example, on September 22 we celebrated the Autumnal Equinox and a powerful solar eclipse. Equinoxes always bring a significant shift in our focus and direction while solar eclipses catalyze changes at our deepest levels – first at an inner level of awareness which is later expressed in our actions …

Do you take time to journal? If not why not pick up the habit of noticing and noting what catches your eye or what inspires you to action. Write about your recent awakenings … record what actions you are taking … where’s your focus? on relationships? a new career path? playing with a new pup? reconnecting with an old friend? making new friends?

There is also something about writing things down that clarifies, electrifies and makes things happen! It is magical. Try it for yourself.

Well, there is much more to this month but I’ll leave it to you to explore as you will. Do enjoy October. Make it month to remember versus just another month. May it bring you many miracles and, as always,
