I'm a fairly down to earth kind of girl. I like keeping myself busy with little projects like knitting, catching up on t.v. shows, walking my dog, painting, writing, reading celebrity gossip magazines, going to comedy shows, and trying to convince myself I will clean out my car. I love my job working with Deaf children who have special needs, and if I am not talking about the kids I work with, I'm telling funny stories about what my pets have done.

Tibby is the most fantasic, quirky, loving little dog you could ever meet. He just screams "love me! love me! love me!" He greets everyone with an overwhelming amount of energy and kisses. He follows me around the house constantly, and god forbid I step out of the house for a moment to get the mail, when I return he acts as though he hasn't seen me in years! Tibby has the most adorable facial expressions, most of which look like a confused drunk old man. Mushroom.. well.. he's a little more on the anti-social end of the spectrum. Let's just say he LETS me live in this house.. which reminds me.. I owe him a rent check for last month.. Mushroom is very quiet and very wise. He always seems to know when I need a little sympathy. He curls up right next to my face and purrs whenever I am balled up on my bed. Otherwise, he's purely decorational.

Tibby: "Susan gives me everything I want! Even though she knows I shouldn't be allowed to lick her plate after she's done eating, if I stare at her long enough with my giant brown eyes and tounge sticking out of my closed mouth, she can't seem to help herself. She is so generous!" Mushroom: "I've known Susan for 16 years. I agree with Tibby, she is very generous.. She always leaves a pile of clothes on her floor just for me to sleep on!. Knowing her that well, I have to say she is the most trustworthy person I have ever met, and one of the only people I let pick me up."

I am looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, honest, funny, and healthy (both physically and emotionally). I like a guy who can take care of himself, but who knows how to let others take care of him as well. Someone who has a lot of inetrests and passions in life. I want to meet a guy who likes to go out every one in a while, but who doesn't need to hit the bars every week. A guy who will let me drag him to a pottery painting place, and who will drag me to whatever he enjoys doing. I would like to meet someone who is somewhat stable in life, and who can afford to grab the check (if I don't grab it first!). As for physical appearance..
