Hello! This is a little difficult to describe, because I am not one to just talk about myself and the things I have accomplished. I have a great deal of love for all animals, and try to help others whenever I can. My oldest son, Joe (who is 28) told me one day "Mom you would give someone the shirt off your back." I guess that is a good way to describe me. I have so much love and compassion, rolled up into a unique package. My son, Matt (age 24) is married), and then their is Brittany (11). I am very proud of all of them, and am raising Brittany alone, for her Father is in Heaven. I earned my life/health/and accident insurance license in just one try. I do love to write, and am an accomplished and published poet. When I went back to college, I ended up with a 3.50 average and on the Dean's list. I love to do so many things both outside and indoors. The worst part about being single is that I hate being alone (well never really alone because I have my little girl, but you know what I mean). I do beleive in chivalry, and being treated like a lady. In that respect you could call me old fashioned. I love my doors opened and all those nice little things that a man does for a lady. I love romance............but am very picky as to whom I let into my life. One day I so want to have my own place in the country, maybe raise horses (if it is large enough), have more animals, and a garden. By the way, I can cook, can things, do crafts and needle work. I am looking for that special man to fill out and complete my life and I, his, and one day for that good man to love my little girl like I do, and if he has children, I would care for his in return with love and compassion. I will let you be the judge of my looks, for beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Honesty, trust, caring, and being friends are so very important to me ....... to be loved and to care for I beleive is the ultimate relationship, mixed in with the right amount of fireworks to add just the right spark!!!! Whew............I sure hope I have not talked too much of me, for I am not like that at all ................ I want to know more of you and all your hope and desire! Right now, I just have my two Cockerspaniel dogs and a ten gallon tank of tropical fish. Fish are not my most favorite for they can not love you in return. Jazzy is my four year old black and tan male, with so much love to give to those he lives with, as does Angel, my nineteen year old blonde Cocker. They have so much personality, it is as if they are two little children. Jazzy was my birthday present two years ago from my son, Joe, and we rescued Angel from the dog pound when Brittany was but two years of age. They are both very well behaved and house babies. They know they are loved, and give so much love in return. I am sure you would love them after you got to know them. Brittany is in 4-H in our hometown, and a member of the Dog Club. They train every Sunday, and last year (their first in training) earned blue ribbons in obedience and showmanship, as well as a Reserved Grand Champion in Agility. 4-H is a big committment, and very rewarding for all who are involved in the organization.

Jazzy would probably try to use the key pad if I put him up to the screen, but he whispered what he wanted to say to me (not really), but here goes: my Mom always gives me love and tenderness, and shares her lap when she sits in the recliner. She never scolds me, just shows me how to be a good little boy (dog). I never have to stay outside in the cold or snow, nor the heat or harsh sunlight. I get along well with other dogs, and probably other animals once I would get to know them. I have learned to communicate in special ways when I need something, and she always listens to my body language. Angel would say the same and that she is so grateful for her home because she saved my life from that awful pound so many years ago when Brittany was but two years of age. We grew up together (Britt and I), and now that I am old she will keep me, even though the cataracs on my eyes sometimes make it a little hard to see, and I move a little slower than Jazzy. We love our home, and all we share it with.

MMMMMMMMMMMM .......... I thought and thought of this one, and actually, I do not think there is an ideal date. I feel that whatever time is shared, and you both enjoy it, then it was an ideal date. Just simple things in life to share make perfect dates. You do not have to spend a ton of money on someone the make it a perfect date. Even a movie at home, snuggling, and just being there for each other is such a wonderful evening or day (depending on when you share the time together!). As far as personality and appearance, I think that personalities that compliment each other, and for looks: beauty is just skin deep. You had better love that other person (if you are planning on being together), for one day, we all loose our looks and what you have left is that other person (on the inside) you fell in love with. Getting along, caring, sharing are the most important to me. I want to share everything with that special someone! I am able to relocate if one day that comes to pass .............. and there are too many miles apart to be as one.

My dogs are easy to get along with, and would enjoy other animals to play with, and share their home and outdoors. Jazzy, my male, is a registered Cockerspaniel, and one day I would love to find him a girl Cocker to raise babies. He has such good confirmation and manners, as well as his markings are very unusual. One day I would love to raise my horses as well as Cockerspaniels.
