I am a true animal lover and an artist at heart. I am attending school at the Art Institute and I work in the Pet Industry. What could be better? I have a musical background and many interests and would love to spend time with someone who's idea of staying home, cooking a wonderful meal, enjoying a good glass of wine and discussing dreams, literature, art, the days events or even being silly and laughing together can be perfect way to end the day with a special someone. I go for what I want, with all my heart but never forget my heart when it comes to the special people (or animal) in my life. I don't let life pass me by and take in all I can, yet I can also totally devote my time to something I love, like losing myself in my drawings or music. I have a love for life and an interest in many things. I love to learn, am an exceptional listener, unique and creative. Where's that guy that wants to go to the Grand Canyon not only for those couple pretty pictures but instead, isn't afraid to hike down to the bottom with me, to see all the beauty, in every little detail?

Rainy, Phobe and Fate are all Selkirk Rex cats. Iused to show and breed this rare, curly cat and LOVE the breed. Digby was my rescue pup, white shephard and yellow lab. Iris is a Soloman Island eclectus Parrot, She turned 11 in Novemeber and is gorgeous!

Well, if I could keep Rainy off the keyboard typing this would be easier! My Pets would say: Our Mom is kind, caring, lovable and gives us just enough treats and loving to make us really look forward to the next surprise. She would do anything for us and we know 'cause Digby was in real sad shape when Mom rescued him. He had to be treated with medications for a month after he arrived and gets a lot of care and special attention. He was hurt by the last person that had him and our Mom made his life worth living again. Digby shows Mom his complete loyalty and says he'd do anything for her and protect her from harm, at all costs. We girls (the cats and Iris) all grew up with Mom and love her very much. Mom always likes to help animals and she goes and helps other animals ALL day at her job! She is a Pet Care Manager at PetSmart plus she has done a lot of animal rescue. She might bring home some other kitties to foster for a local cat shelter. She's a loving Mom.

I am a woman seeking a man age 30 to 47

My ideal guy may not love doing everything I do (I'm realistic) but he'd be there to support me and respect my decisions. We could have fun in the outdoors and he'd be somewhat athletic but he could also enjoy staying in and enjoying a great meal we've prepared together. We could enjoy getting away (I love travel) but also love coming home to have a quiet evening to appreciate each other's company. He'd love music (I know a really great local band) and hopefully, appreciate art and my love for design, gardening and my pets. We'd respect each other as equals and individuals and still have a great time being silly and laughing together. He'd be my friend and companion who I can laugh or cry with. We'd be happy to get up each day and see each other and start a new adventure together, in whatever we may do.

Digby would love to play with another dog. He likes smaller dogs (he's a pretty big guy weighing in about 107 lbs) Digby can be nervous and scared because of his past life, so sometimes it takes a little longer to warm up to others. He's a great guy though with gorgeous, big, brown eyes and a real looker.
