I'm a very casual girl. I love outdoorsey activities. Looking to meet a down to Earth kind of guy to share in my interests. I'd like to eventually have a long term relationship, but I'm happy to just get out and enjoy someone's company. I like fun and casual dates like a ball game and pizza, going hiking or the batting cages. I'm not much into fancy or elaborate dates, it's not really my style. My dream is to sell my house, get out of PA and buy a ranch somewhere so I can start an animal rescue. I do cat rescue now out of my home, but would really like to expand and do all animals if I ever buy property. But, right now, a 2nd BS and then graduate or vet school. UPenn and Georgetown are my first choices, but life is unpredictable, and I can't predict where life will take me in two or three years.

I have lots of rescue cats. Most have medical problems and were unadoptable. I also have a rescue horse named Cody. He's like a big dog. Very affectionate.

My mom is a kind and caring person. Always looking out for the welfare of others, especially animals. She hates fur and hunters! And we're not to thrilled she's a vegetarian--no good meat snacks for us!

I'm looking to meet someone who loves all animals, especially cats. Someone who makes me laugh and who wants to be with me for me, and not what I used to be or what they want me to become. Someone who supports me in all my life decisions and won't give me grief everytime I bring a stray litter of kittens in the house :) (that's happens alot!). I'd like to meet a man who is smart, funny, honest and faithful. Someone who is mentally stable and is NOT a player. No games please. I'm not interested in a "casual" relationship. A man who is interested in what is inside the package and not just the wrapping. I'm also not into the club/bar scene. I like romance. My ideal date is a hike and picnic in the park, or even better a Yankees or Rangers game and dinner at a great sushi restaurant.

Melody

My poor little Melody died of FIP. I found her on the road when she was 5 days old. I bottle fed her and raised her to be the sweetest most affectionate kitten. During her short life, she had many medical problems. She finally had to be put to sleep at 11 months old b/c she was in kidney and liver failure from the FIP.

Jack was put to sleep in February 2006 at 3 years old. I also bottle fed him. He apparently developed heart disease over a few months since his last check up. His heart was so bad, it threw a blood clot to his rear legs, paralyzing him. He was a great cat and I miss him very much.
