I am a very youthful looking nice woman who is retired but works part-time in retail. Volunteerd sereral years caring for cats and was active in an amimal welfare group. I am looking for a nice caucasian gentleman friend/companion to date and spend quality time with or a nice female friend to share 'girl' times with. My obvious love of aminals prompted me to try this site to find other animal loving friends. I enjoy the simple pleasures of life. While I am not spontaneous, I am open to suggestions. An email friend, a friend to share a nice day with (i.e. walk, drive, dinner, show, etc). My firm belief is that while outer beauty is nice, true beauty comes from within --- ugliness runs to the bone. I would like to meet someone who is beautiful from the inside out.

All my pets were resuced either from the outside or from a shelter that I volunteered with. They are all very different. 'Teddie', an orange tabby, very nervous guy; Tobey a sweet little tiger who 'loves everyone, 'Tayna' who loves the cats but does not bond too well with humans, Tammy, my pretty little tiger girl, Travis, my big all black pretty boy, and Tiffany who has a 'catatude' though she is also an all black beauty.

My cats would probably say I am a good 'mummie'. Although I can be very strict with them and do not tollerate fresh behavior among them. They are totally spoiled with a house full of cat toys, furniture, etc. Even though they don't like being disciplined when it is called for, I think the bottom line is they would say it is indeed 'CAT HEAVEN' and I think they love me very much.

I am looking for a nice caucasian gentleman to share some quality time with. Basically friendship, but if it leads to more that is fine. Someone who is an honest, and a caring individual with christian values. I am outgoing and have a sense of humor. I would like someone who may be similar. Although someone who may be a litte quiet or shy at first is not a turnoff to me. As I have stated about myself, it would be nice to spend time with someone who is pleasant to look at, however, it is much more important that he is neat about his appearance (no long hair/beards), and tries to keep himself in pretty good shape. (not too easy at this age, I know). Most important, however, is someone who true beauty comes from within and shines forth. I an not into long trips at this point in my life with all my pets, but I do enjoy a day trip or even an overnight trip. I do love to walk, take a drive, enjoy a nice meal, a show, music, dancing, etc. Again, I am not a spontaneous woman but am open to suggestions if it would lead to an enjoyable time together.

I think my cats are quite content with the cats they have. They do not take to strange animals. I don't believe any of my pets have been around dogs. they get a little upset when the strays I feed are outside. However, each one of my cats has adjusted to their home being invaded with each new cat I brought in. So, if anything my cats may tollerate a visiting cat, but I am not sure of that.
