I'm looking to enjoy what life has to offer. It's been awhile since I've done anything...fun. I enjoy good company, staying at home for a cooked meal can be more pleasant than a crowded restaurant. I enjoy the simple and practical things (an occasional unpractical thing is ok too). A good movie, nice walk, conversation. Doing things together, trying new things, learning new things or just sitting by a fire. I have a sense of humor, kind, considerate, generous, honest, loyal, and a friend. I enjoy gardening, horseback riding, walking, camping (in a cabin-I know, some will disagree and say it's not camping), sail/boating (been awhile). I "can" bowl, dance, ski, although not that great. I'm a bit rusty at a few things. I enjoy watching air planes at Palwaukee Airport (strange but fascinating & relaxing), or hot air balloons. I pretty much like any kind of music (two left feet for line dancing even though I enjoy the music). I also have an interest in antique & muscle cars, the sound of a Harley and wind in my face whether it's from a bike or boat (or a fan). I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty either. I treat people like I'd like to be treated. Very down to earth and a genuine good person. Looking for a partner, companion, friend, someone to go out with, etc., and who knows what could transpire. Casual drinker, non-smoker or occasional smoker ok too-we all need our vices. I have many interests and looking for more things to explore and learn. If you're a female looking for a friend or your pets are looking for someone to hang out with - I'm open to that as well.

I have dogs (don't ask) a few are rescues. Irish Wolfhound, and 3 terriers. I think I like the messy fur thing because they're minimal shedders. I'm staff. If it wasn't for them, I could end up as a couch potato. They keep me going and going. They get me out in the worst kind of weather meeting the same crazy people and it's enjoyable and refreshing. I've met some of my best friends through my pets.

She's a sucker for a scruffy face. Takes very good care of us. Now she's into this dog psychology thing and messing everything up. Now she wants to be in charge and give us rules, boundaries and limitations. We're dogs. Aren't we supposed to rule? She's learning how to treat us more like dogs - darn.

A sense of humor is important and as anyone knows with dogs (pets), you need one, plus life can be short so you must enjoy what you have when you have it. Neat of themselves and their place as best as possible. Kind, considerate, supportive, willing to try different things or teach me things. Enjoying quiet moments as much as the not-so quiet moments. Patient/tolerant and not afraid to communicate. Must be willing to give and take. Down to earth. No games - no lies. Light drinker/smoker ok. Someone who is looking for a partner, a friend or a companion. If it moves to other things, I'm open to that as well. An all around good person to be with.

They like a good chase now and then ... sometimes a bit too often.
