I am a very easy-going, laid back person who loves the company of people and animals. I tend to be very happy and an extremely positive person. My horse Sonic is the light of my life - I don't know what I would do without him! Sonic and I are working very hard to get to horse shows, we are involved in hunter/jumpers. I have been involved with horses all my life, and I would say that they are probably one of the absolute most important parts of me. I love to do most any activities outside, particularly if they involve horses or dogs. I like to cook a lot, and am a relatively new cook, but very experimental...I love to cook for other people. Hiking, biking, day trips to the mountains or shores are all things I enjoy doing. I also like quiet nights at home now and then, and I am very involved in my career as well.

Sonic is perfect, according to his mom. ;) Seriously though, he is a wonderful boy, with more personality than I could ever describe in a few words. He is five years old, and was an ex-racehorse...he raced until he was 2 years old, and I adopted him just before he turned four. He is quite smart, and a very handsome fellow who tries as hard as he can whenever he is asked to do something. He's a very special companion. I think he's going to be a very talented show horse as well, and we spend a lot of time working towards that goal...I am so proud of his progress. In a month or two, I am very excited to get a dog as well - I love dogs, and have not been able to have one in some time. I look forward to getting Sonic a little brother or sister!

I would love to meet someone who enjoys the outdoors, likes to talk about all kinds of different things (I am a talker), but also enjoys quiet nights at home together, cooking dinner and watching a movie, etc. It is very important to me to meet someone who loves their animals as much as I do, and wants them as a huge part of daily life. I like to be honest with the person I am seeing, and I don't do game-playing with relationships. I really think communication is key to everything.
