Hey All...I absolutely love animals...all kinds. I'm really drawn to them. Giving an animal a second chance is so important. They know. And they know that they have been given that second chance. My dog Majick adopted me when I was looking for my dog that was stolen from me. He loves his kittymates and is the best dog I have ever had. He's my bud. When I was a kid, I was always bringing home cats, dogs, birds that were injured. My mother and father loved animals too and were always the understanding and gentle caretakers of the strays that I brought home or had wandered into our yard. Although I need to work in the physical world, my passion is creating. I'm constantly dragging home tossed out items I find on the side of the road and immediately have a vision of what the discarded piece will become. Tables, rockers, wrought iron, old bird houses. They all become beautiful again and I gain so much happiness from that. You may find me under my beautiful trees in my back yard just listening to the birds, reading or sketching. Being a million miles away in thought. It's so essential to create your own sanctuary. I grew up in Miami...when Miami was so beautiful. To see this city, raw, without congestion and traffic, without the closeness of buildings. With large spans of land, cattle, farmers fields. The greatness of unspoiled Everglades, nature at its finest. I grew up hating progress, as many of us do, when our simple hometowns become overcrowded and spoiled. That was then. I moved a bit north to Broward County which was like Miami when Miami was clean and beautiful. That was many years ago. Now, still in Broward, it is crowded but, not as bad as Miami.

All of my babies are from the street...where I have found them or majickally they have found me. We are one big happy family and we take care of each other. They give me unconditional love and furry coats to pet and a purring contentment only an animal lover knows...and I give them warmth, good food, warm beds and couches to lie upon, toys to play with and provide a safe home.

Our Mom takes really good care of us. She's there to hold and love us. She takes time to play and makes sure that we are all okay. We watch TV together. We are all very verbal and Mom really knows what we are saying. When we want lovin or want to sit in her lap...she knows...it's like she knows what we are thinking. We love her coz she's the best Mom EVER !

Since I live in South Florida, I would prefer someone who lived nearby...not too close...but close enough so that we could get to know one another and enjoy time together. I really would like to meet a hands on type of guy. Someone who is down to earth and able to do things for himself. I am Jewish but I do not necessarily need to be with a Jewish man. My idea of a great guy is one who is respecful, loves his parents, and is willing to communicate with his mate. Someone who has a good sense of humor and funny. Would love to have someone come into my life that likes to take the time to look nice for a gal and enjoys dining out and enjoying life. I am an artist and I enjoy crafting, pen & ink and watercolors, calligraphy, making jewelry, and restoring cast off items and furniture. As a lover of animals, I am constantly reading about birds and their habits, watching doggie contests, and if I have the opportunity, go to the cat shows that come to my town. I love taking pictures of my kitties and my dog. And, I love to have people meet my Majick and he loves it when people say how handsome he is and when they pet him.

I am an old fashioned type of gal. A hippy from the sixties I enjoy the old standard...dinner and a movie. Hey, it's all good. I love to go to garage or yard sales and poke through all the goodies. Thrift stores are also on the list of things I like to do. You would be surprised at some of the things you will find. We could go out to a nice breakfast and coffee and then go to yard sales. I love to cook...and my friends love it when I say..."I'm cooking tonight". I don't think there is much I can't cook. I know that sounds so boastful, but, when you love doing something...it shows. And, I love to bake too. My cheesecake is to die for. Yum. We could go out with pets...or, without pets. Whatever we decide to do...the gentleman I am looking for just needs to be himself...and, if it's meant to be...well, it will be. Is it you?
