After moving to the DC area nearly a year ago, I began working at the Smithsonian with the hope of eventually becoming a curator. Since then I've completely changed my mind and am now looking to get into the environmental conservation/lobbying field. I graduated from the University of Florida with a history degree and am therefore a huge college football fan (Go Gators) and would love to find someone who is into college football as well. I'm quite liberal and have a major CNN (and coffee) addiction. Spending time with my friends and my sweet lab mix is very important to me, as is simply enjoying the ridiculous aspects of life.

My Maddie is probably a lab mix, although I think her dominant breed is shepherd. She's 3 years old and definitely an alpha female- she's the leader of her pack of friends at the dog park. She loves to instigate chases and often steals sticks from other dogs. She loves her friends and becomes antsy if she doesn't get to go to the park that day.
