no answer

The two dogs have (very) successfully escaped - my little fugitives :) Of course nothing like a piece of chicken makes them come back home from momentary freedom across the street. But what can I say - they're cute, smart and feisty...like me. UPDATE:: I just adopted another dog (this makes three). Her name is Betty, and she's seven years old but still runs around like a puppy :) She's so cute I can't stand it. She's a lab mixed with God knows what and has one floppy ear :)

Dog, Ouzo: The idiot had the nerve to name me after Greece's national alcoholic beverage and she wonders why I still walk into walls? But she's not that bad...although she still hasn't seen me stealing food off the table. Or seen me shred her socks under her bed. Well...she did once...but I have four legs and can run faster than her. Max: She named me after a Beatles song so she's got some taste in music. Although I don't know what that loud stuff is half the time. And she was really cool when I ran away those couple of times. Spent minutes running after me. I had her running for ten blocks in socks (Ouzo hadn't gotten to that pair yet). But she gives lots of love and knows how to scratch right behind the ears and gives AWESOME belly rubs and treats. Lilac (2005-2007) - I was a good hammie, and she treated me well. She buried me with my previous owner's help (her little cousin) and made sure my little tin was dry, warm and had lots of my favorite treats. She even gave me a lilac marble to keep with me, and a penny so I wouldn't owe Charon any money. She took good care of me, and now I'm taking good care of the shrub :)

I am a woman seeking a man or woman age 23 to 30

Must like (or be able to handle) the following: a deeply sardonic wit, dark sense of (otherwise not sardonic) humor, general dork/geekiness, friskiness, a plethora of corny jokes, the occassional snort during uncontrollable laughter, brains, killer smile, a bad habit of playing with ears, clove cigarettes, an obsession with paint-by-number kits, and some other weird stuff that usually stays under the rug. I like (or can handle) the following: see above. Seriously: dorkiness, geekiness, glasses, tattoos, piercings, an odd sense of humor, a weird laugh, a nice voice, taller than me, and a knowledge of D&D/anime/astrology/weird stuff (in other words, know stuff I don't so you can teach me :-D)

We (Max, Ouzo and now Betty) are looking for friends to play with. We prefer a doggy that won't notice us running away with his/her toy/treat/owner. We would also like to socialize with other doggies because we don't really get the chance to (not to mention Ouzo needs to work on his manners.) But overall, we would just like some buddies to play/walk/eat with in a quiet environment (with a nice escape hatch so that we'll be gone by the time you notice your toy/treat/owner is missing.)

Lilac

Lilac, the first rodent to enter my house (and survive the screaming old lady.) She was a good hammie, and slept by my laptop's exhaust fan to keep me company when I was up all night studying. She even helped me type a paper, although it was marked down for typos. She also had a thing for climbing up my curtains and getting her toes caught in the threads. She is loved and missed.
