This is the hardest part of setting these things up, since I never know what to say. I am a dog lover or else I would not be here. I enjoy spending time with my dogs, but it's time that I branch out & spend time with humans. I am a kind, caring & respectful person. I enjoy spending time outside with my dogs & would love to have someone to share walks with & someone to talk too on those long walks. My world revolves around my boys & I have to admit that I spoil them. I graduated with a diploma in Therapeutic Massage a year ago and am working on building up a small part time massage practice as well as working as an administrative assistant for a financial planner full time. Evenutally I would like to be able to do massage therapy full time, but for now I have 2 careers. I enjoy good conversation, good food & a good movie. My movie choices mostly always turn toward the sci/fi fantasy genre. Lord of the Rings series; Harry Potter movies - my favorites at the moment. My musical interests is quite varied and I can listen to anything from pop/rock to country to classical or easy listening. My favorite artist at the moment is Josh Groban. His music affects me to my core. I am quite independent, but would love to have a shoulder to lean on once in a while. My personal motto - "Life is an adventure so keep yourself open to the experience.

How to describe my boys....They are a joy to be around. Rogue is a 8 1/2 year old Alaskan Husky mix who is so tender hearted and serious I sometimes forget that he is a dog. He has been a big part of my life since he was 5 months old & I cherish every experience that we have shared together. Zion, well he's my sweet, affectionate ADD Samoyed mix. He's 60 + pounds & has considered himself a lap dog since the day I brought him home from the Shelter. I tell people if my dogs were "real boys" Rogue would be the serious, studious boy and Zion would be the "class clown". They have been the best of friends since Zion joined us at 8 months old. He is now 6 1/2 years old & still acts like a puppy. I call him my "perpetual puppy", he even looks like a puppy. They are my joy, my protectors & my companions who only show unconditional love and respect to me & those who don't appear to be a threat to me.

If my boys could talk, they'd probably say that living with me is the greatest, since they are lavished with love and affection daily. They would probably say, "Can we walk or go for car rides 24/7" Zion would probably say "Rub my Belly" They talk to me every day. At 7:00 pm Zion & Rogue will both tell me it's time for their daily treat. At 10:00 Zion tells me every night - that it's time for bed. When I'm getting ready to leave for work in the morning I'm being shoved out the door because when I leave they get a frozen dog toy full of delicious peanut butter/cheese or meat/cheese blend. It keeps them busy for a few hours while I'm away and it makes my leaving less upsetting for them. They would also say that there "Pack Leader" is the best leader in the world and that dog or man couldn't go wrong with her.

My ideal date would be a respecter of persons and animals. They would be secure with who they are & where they want to be & would not feel threatened by independence. My ideal partner would be my friend first and would have a sense of humor that is genuine. They would be comfortable walking in the mountains or hanging around the house. I would also like to find a man who can enjoy the simple pleasures of life, a beautiful sunrise/sunset. The sound of a gentle rain falling on the rooftop; the sound of a crackling fireplace or the peacefulness of a quiet evening just enjoying each others company.

My ideal date would be willing to play/wrestle on a whim, but enjoys just lying around watching our pack leaders to ensure they are safe. They would enjoy walking through the fields or mountains, but willing to stay close and not go running off on a whim. Someone to run and frolic through the grass would be a bonus. If you're really nice I might even share my toys & bones with you. My mom has lots, so she won't mind us sharing.
