I am any combination of all or some of the following ingredients at any given time: I am headstrong, tidy, intelligent, fierce when cornered, very loyal, spayed, adventurous, independent, responsible, aware of the world I live in (even if I don't agree, I know I have to live in it) opinionated, fun, HATE dishes in the sink, make my bed every day, tend to forget birthdays, anniversaries and such, reliable for whatever else there is, brutally honest , need to learn something new every day, well mannered, self righteous and an overall pain in the ass. I am heavily tattooed yet can fit in anywhere. I am focused on health and animals. I run a small animal rescue and volunteer at an Organic Grocery store. I don't smoke and do not wish to date a smoker. I drink but do not wish to date a drunk. I eat healthy and do not wish to have disputes about diet, though I love to share. I don't have children and I do not wish to have anyone else's, though I respect immensely those that raise children well (I believe it is the hardest and most rewarding job in the world - just not for me). I am responsible by nature and never want to feel I am the only one. I am blunt and honest and do not wish to date a hypersensitive Hallmark Card, though a brick wall is equally unappealing. I want to be challenged to be better every day – not challenged for the sake of challenge and strife. Everyone has history or baggage – gather your lessons from it and bring them to a new table. I am particular about some things yet flexible about everything else. I am intelligent and aware of the world around me yet I choose my battles carefully. My life is extremely structured, it has to be. I am the caregiver for a herd of creatures that rely on me for life's lessons – and I want them all to be good ones. I "handle my business" and expect the same of anyone I am with. I do not ever want to "parent" or "police" anyone. We are adults and have to deal with the consequences of our actions. I am responsible for me and you are responsible for you. I respect myself and I will respect you. Certain things are absolute; others are open for change and compromise. I firmly believe one and one makes two – though the combination makes for a better, stronger union. I am comfortable in any setting. I am adaptable to most anything. I am articulate, funny on occasion and do well in social atmospheres. I do not embarrass easily – my companion or myself. I have spent the better part of my life involved in some kind of rescue and rehabilitation of animals. You have to be able to deal with fur! I also have a Service Dog that goes EVERYWHERE - literally. I have panic attacks, or at least I did until my dog was with me all the time. I went from 4-5 panic attacks a week to 4-5 a year! Translation: Whatever road you are on, as long as you are traveling and I don't have to make a U turn to meet you - anyone is a potential match. It's all about chemistry and compatibility. To lead by example is not only a legend in the making - but it is sexy.

Addex - 11 year old Generic Tan Dog. Awesome personality. Mellow and doesn't subscribe to pack drama. Only issue is unneutered males, but isn't really a fighter, just a talker. Nellie - 9 year old Golden Retriever/Husky cross. My token nice, soft, fluffy dog. Very sweet and sensitive. Very well behaved. Requires little direction to know what to do. She also does silly bar tricks. Bayou - 3 year old Shih Tzu/Border Collie MIx. My funny dog. Top dog in a large pack. Understudy to Nellie in Service work. Corndog - 2 year old Domestic Shorthair. He is so named because he was found in a cornfield in the country and he thinks he is a dog! Sadie - 3 year old Pug. Long term board & train client. A totally nuts and fun dog.

We get to travel, and sniff blades of grass all over the country. What a life. She makes sure we go with her everywhere. She makes our food, so none of that kibble stuff. She makes certain we are healthy too. We have strict rules, but we can get almost anything we want if we follow those rules. We love watching her pick up our fur every day, there is a lot of it! Our mom rocks, in a word. She puts us before anything. We get lots of dog & cat visitors too. We don't like all of them, but hey, who can? Woof, I think it's dinner time.

Burned out on this internet thing.

It's simple. Don't eat our food and we can share anything - our mom, bed, toys, leads, whatever. If you can hang out with the whole group of us, well, then you CAN hang out with the whole group of us. After all a pack is a pack. We are tired of watching our mom work so hard - anyone as passionate about things as she is? We are doubtful, but hopeful.
