Tequila, a neutered Shih Tzu mix, has been adopted from
a nice family who had to move back to Canada, and could
not take him with them. He is 9 years old, has a very
cheerful disposition, though he sleeps 70% of the
time. He thinks he is human and believes he has equal
human rights as his master. He performs a trick only if
he is sure he will be receiving a reward. |

My adoptive master is a loving and kindhearted person.
She and her sister and I love spending weekends
discovering a new restaurant or driving out of town.
She has this advocacy of turning malls, restaurants
and resorts into pet-friendly places. See my picture
in an Aldo's shoe store? I fell asleep there because
she and her sister took an hour just to buy shoes!
One of our favorite breakfast places is Seattle's Best
near where we live, because I am welcome to nap inside
the airconditioned cafe, under the table, after a
morning run in the park. Other coffee shops prefer
that pets stay at the al fresco area only. They
cannot understand that I need to go inside because in
the Philippines it's hot and humid most days. I am
hypoallergenic, well-behaved, and quiet in public
(unlike most kids). We believe, and want to prove
that pet-friendly places get more business than
pet-unfriendly places. |
