Ever get the feel you're looking in the wrong place for something? That's how I felt until I came across this site. I'm funny, smart, and dynamic. I love music, mostly alternative, rock, getting into jazz & blues, and shhhh... British pop. I'm a big movie fan as well, my favorites are comedies & horror. I can be a little on the shy side when first meeting new people. I love camping, hiking & nature. I was a girl scout when I was younger- and very proud of it. I've been an animal lover since the day I was born. I've worked in the veterinary field for the last 8+ years. I'm pretty laid back and usually dress casually (although it is fun to get dressed up too).

I have a dog named Lilly, who just turned 9. She's a white & tan Chihuahua mix. Merlin the cat is 12. She is polydactyl (has extra toes), shorthair, brown tabby. Buddy is the stray kitty that became mine. He's a grey & white shorthair. I have a thing for odd animals, so I also have 3 hairless rats- 2 girls (Ash & Thumbalina) & 1 boy (Lefty). My turtles & fish live in my 1000 gallon pond.

Sara is very in tune with problems that come up with us. She gives us the best care that she can. We are a bit spoiled.

I'm looking for a LTR, and if things go well, marriage. I'm not looking to rush into it. Making new friends is great too. I'm looking for a guy who enjoys the outdoors as much as I do. I usually go camping several times a year, enjoy hiking, canoeing, pretty much anything outdoors. My dog Lilly usually accompanies me on outdoor excursions.

Lilly likes more calm, less rambunctious dogs & cats. Although sometimes she surprises me. Lilly's not into rough play due to a previous spinal injury. Long walks, hiking on level terrain, and camping are a lot of fun.
