I'm an optimistic, energetic person who is passionate about life and love. Music means a lot to me and I love intimate acoustic clubs as well as huge arena concerts. I play piano & sing. My tastes run from a Dodger dog behind the players' bench or a night in watching Napolean Dynamite...to a picnic under the stars at the Hollywood Bowl or a stroll through the winding, cobbled streets of Provence. I love tears-in-the-eyes, can't-catch-your-breath laughs, learning new things, and good-natured debates. I'm ambitious, successful, and I bring a lot to the table. I am fun-loving and don't take myself too seriously, but I've got character and substance. I love meeting new people, and I hope to one day be inspired by someone special to share life's adventure.

Jack Daniels is a virile, 100 pound whirlwind trapped in a fluffy, 11 pound shih tzu body. Sure, this 1 year old is pampered and adored, but he doesn't ride around in a furry blue purse or wear dog outfits (the blue neckerchief in his profile was the groomer's doing and came off as soon as we took the funny picture). He is a fun, well-trained bundle of love who wants to find a back yard and a furry friend so he can run wild and free.

My human smells good...not quite as delicious and irresistable as organic liver treats or the telephone pole on Aviation Boulevard, but definitely a close third. She buys cool toys and takes me for car rides and walks so I can sniff and pee all over town. She's a great cuddler, but sometimes I have to sleep in my crate (which I don't really mind because I've hidden treats that could last me a week). Anyway, from my perspective (approximately 4" off the ground), she seems to have a real sweet setup, she's really nurturing, and she usually has a smile on her face so she must love her life. I'm so glad she found this site, because I love to make new friends!

I am a woman seeking a man age 28 to 46

I'm most excited about setting my dog up on playdates because we're in a townhouse and he can't run off-leash and frolick in the grass. Second to that, I'm interested in getting to know new people, maybe casually dating or hanging out over coffee. I love spending my time with funny, thoughtful, responsible, smart and curious people, especially those interested in travel, other cultures, music, games and various ethnic foods.

Jack Daniels really loves to tap into his rambunctious inner puppy when he's playing, so it's best if your dog (big or small) is easy-going, playful (or at least patient), and well-balanced (not a snarler, snapper or any other temperament that might result in a frenzy of teeth and fur). He loves walking and playing with dogs he knows, but he can be a bit skittish (though never aggressive) when meeting new dogs. Technically, we're playdate newbies so maybe we can ease into the whole doggie date thing with a beach or neighborhood walk!
