I would consider myself outgoing and adventuresome, with a positive outlook on life. You will rarely find me without a smile and I do my best to keep those around me happy and upbeat. Life it too short to dwell on the negative and not try to enjoy each day to its fullest. I have a sweet 1-year old Black and Tan CoonHound/Lab/Beagle Mix who is full of life and energy. When I brought her from the SPCA she could fit in my hand and now she's 60 lbs! I also have 2 cats (12 years and 2 years), which the dog loves to harass. I figure I would try online to find other locals with high-energy dogs that would be interested in a dog play date. If a personal match happens to present itself, that would be great too :) I enjoy gardening, cooking, and spending time taking Sophie to state parks for runs off-leash through the woods. Weekend evenings usually consist of cooking or ordering in with a good movie or going out with friends to dinner, drinks, or a live band. I have a variety of different interests that include roller blading, biking, camping, hiking, fishing, the beach, traveling (lots of options that allow pets too), going on day trips, and much more.

I am full of energy and can play for hours, so you will definitely not be bored with me, although I do need to be corrected if I start to annoy older dogs with less energy. I have a big yard, but no one to play with. My mom thinks that I need a friend to pal around at least a couple of times a week, so I will have something to look forward to. A medium size dog would be a great match for me. Must have a lot of energy to play, unless we're walking or going to the park (that's when my nose kicks in and I lose interest in playing so much). He or she would love to run, wrestle, and play tug of war.
