I consider myself a fun-loving person (a kid at heart) that has a wide range of interests. I have a good sense of humor, always with a smile on my face. I’m caring and considerate of others and I love to do all I can to help and put smiles on other faces. I like meeting new people and learning about other cultures. I enjoy arts and crafts, landscaping and gardening, and DIY home improvements. And not much beats a ride in the country on my motorcycle on a warm sunny day! My main passion is animals and nature. As far as the animals – well, just read the about my pets section and you’ll understand. I’m a nature lover (hence the name naturelady) and on sunny days you’ll usually find me outside with several of my pets. My second passion is music. I love all types of music and enjoy attending concerts. I LOVE to dance and am currently teaching myself to play the guitar. I now know 4 chords! :-P But enough about me, let’s hear about you! By the way - I haven’t been on a date in so long, I may have to get a little tipsy first!

Oh, where to start… hmm, let’s start with the common pets first: my dogs, my wonderful dogs, Lupey (a Chihuahua and my best girlfriend), Nadja, the German Shepherd and, last but not least, Brittany and Twoey, my two Serengeti Kinjus (an inside joke)… My three kitties, Sadie Kitty, Kimba Kitty and Mary Jane Bigglesworth (I did NOT name the last one). My umbrella cockatoo, Lola, also stays upstairs with me. Downstairs we have Roger the rabbit and his buddy Benji. The two chinchillas, Cheech and Chong (ok, I did name them), Yoshi, a Chinese box turtle, Gollum, the baby snapping turtle, Molly, the tarantula, Gabriella, the dove. I have a few snakes as well. There’s Karma, my pride and joy, a 12’ super tiger reticulated python (see photo), Mayhem, the 8’ red-tail boa, Layla, the ball python, Max, Bing, and Darby (all rat snakes), Sunshine and Blaze (king snakes) and the corn snakes, Avalon and Linus. Then we have my lizards - Elijah, the blue tongue skink, Fidel, the Cuban Knight Anole, Enkil and Akasha, the plated lizards, Damien, the Chinese Water Dragon, Duncan the Savanna Monitor, Blizzard and Echo the two geckos. I’ve been called the lizard whisperer (perhaps it should be the snake charmer, but hey, it’s all the same to me). And, well, that’s not all of them. I’ve also got 5 more tarantulas, 4 doves (other than Gabriella), 2 ferrets, 2 parakeets, 2 sugar gliders, a few frogs, a couple rats, several mice, and a partridge in a pear tree. Well, Chuckie the partridge passed away, but I used to have one. ;0) Did I mention I do animal shows???

I believe my animals would say I am a warm person (especially the reptiles!) I love doing rescue/rehab work and giving everyone a second chance at life.

I think a date should start off as acquaintances becoming friends, then, perhaps growing from there. There is no need to rush things – it has to be real.
