Hi there! I'm not exactly sure what to say here, so I thought I'd tell you that I absolutely love my dog Kelvin to pieces. He makes me laugh out loud on a daily basis and he is a real sweetie-pie!...well, most of the time...when he's not being a big turd! As for me...I don't know what to tell you...I love dogs...I love hockey...hey, I'm Canadian! heehee I have a crazy sense of humour...I love making people laugh. I used to play baseball, soccer and field hockey back when I was in school. I work in the Health Care field and volunteer with the local humane soceity. I'm basically looking to meet someone who loves their dog as much as I do. Perhaps we could meet and let the dogs play together in the park?!

Kelvin is a 3-year-old Shetland Sheepdog who I absolutely adore! He is obsessed dog agility. We started competing in agility in June of 2005...and I'm officially a slave to all things agility now. We travel around quite a bit and compete at trials and the friends I've made from training at Morning Star Dog Academy and competing at trials, are the best there is. The biggest highlight so far was going to our first Ontario Regionals and qualifying for the Nationals held in B.C. We didn't go, but we were thrilled to have qualified.

Kelvin would describe me as loving, a great ball thrower and a fabulous ear scratcher! He'd say I'm someone with an awesome sense of humour who loves to go out and have lots of fun, just as much as she loves cuddling on the couch while watching a good movie. He'd probably also say I was a good bum scratcher....not my bum...his bum. :o)

I am a woman seeking a man age 28 to 38

Well, I'm not really LOOKING for someone...and I certain don't expect to find someone online...but I thought maybe I could meet up with some fellow dog lovers in the area and make some great friends....but since they're asking about "dates"...I guess my ideal date would be a guy who has a goal...any goal. I don't even care what it is, but it's nice to know someone who is driven and is trying to achieve something, whether it's job related or something fun. If his goal is to construct the largest, free standing, half scale model of the Air Canada Centre out of macaroni and cheese, then that's okay! I would be looking for someone who loves their dog as much as I love mine and wants to spend some time out walking in the park with them or cuddled up on the couch with their dog, watching a good movie. I'm not into the bar scene anymore. It was fun while it lasted, but I guess I've grown up and I'm over it. :o) Now that's not to say that I don't enjoy a drink every now and then, but I no longer find it necessary to drink to the point where I require help putting on my shoes AND THEN forget how I got home....I guess I've moved on from that, which is probably a good thing. :o) I now have a niece named Faith. She's in one of the pictures with me at the top of my profile. (I'm sorry I've subjected all of you to my pictures...feel free to omit me from them and gaze at Kelvin instead. LOL Anyway, Faith was born August 25, 2004. I'm not really a crazy baby person...I'm more of a "crazy dog person", but she is pretty cute and I'm very happy to be her aunt and Godmother. She's fun to visit and play with, but I'm still VERY glad to pass her back to "mom" when she fusses and cries. heehee I can't really say what type of guy I'm "into". I really find that I'm attracted to so many different types of guys. I guess it's because (as corny as it sounds) I really am attracted to their personality. When it's all said and done that's what wins out. The guy HAS to have a sense of humor; otherwise, what's the point? What's the point of going through life and not being able to sit back and enjoy a laugh (even at yourself!). When all is said and done and some of the world's beauty queen's, who have spent their lives getting by only on their looks and have therefore decided to forgo developing a personality, are 80 years old and wrinkled up like prunes, will it be fun sitting with them on the porch watching the sun go down in silence because they have nothing to contribute to the conversation? I don't think so! I'd rather be on the porch with someone who makes me laugh until my Depends are full!...but maybe that's just me. :o) Perhaps I'll be 80 and sitting on the porch watching the sun go down all by myself....and that's okay...because at least I know I'll be laughing about something and I'll definitely be with my dog.
