I am just the girl-next-door. While I can be quiet and thoughtful, I can also be be very silly. I have a passion for animals, especially big cats. But when it comes to pets, I am a dog person. I don't have children, so my dog is my baby. I went back to school full-time in September, having left the corporate world. I am going into veterinary science. I do have a part-time job taking care of horses. I enjoy all types of music, sometimes I listen to Mozart, other times I'm rockin' with Aerosmith. I enjoy home decorating shows, nature documentaries, programs dealing with forensic medicine, as well as old movies and classic TV shows. From time to time, I like to watch football and Nascar. I hate Lifetime movies. But I guess my favorite pasttime is reading. It's how I let imagination run wild.

Smokey is the best dog in the world. He is an 8 yr old Chow with an incredibly laid back attitude. He loves people assumes that everyone thinks he is beautiful. He is very dog friendly, and just wants to play with every dog he sees. He loves to go to the park for walks in the woods.His favorite thing is to relax under a tree and let the breeze blow through his ruff.

Wow, how to describe my mom? What can you say about a woman who took me in when I was 4 yrs old. From the moment we met I knew this was a special human. She loves me more than anything, sometimes too much. If I cough or sneeze, she runs over to feel my nose. She makes me take vitamins, which isn't too bad since I get bacon. She doesn't talk down to me either. She treats me like the intelligent dignified dog I am. My mom is great.

I am a woman seeking a man age 35 to 42

I am looking for someone who understands that my dog and I are a package deal. I'd like someone to chat with while the dogs are playing together, walk in the park or just hang out. I would love to have someone to talk about different things, or just sit quietly together. Going out to a club or learning a new activity together would also be great. But he must have a good sense of humor, be kind, courteous and honest.

I'd like to roll around in the grass, run a little and do some good old-fashioned barking and jumping. Then follow that up with some fresh water and a nap. We could go for a walk in the woods. I'm not much for endurance, and I don't do "fetch". But if you want I'll let you snuggle with me at naptime.
