I am by nature quiet and at the same time adventurous. I am always curious about those valleys I have not seen. There must be a photo to be had there. I enjoy photography as I have an eye for it and now that one can graphically enhance these photos makes it more the fun and creative. I have a creative mind so I use that side versus the logical one. Hey I am normal.... I have just inherited a 6 yr old Sheltie called Emma. I knew her prior to having adopted her and hopefully she will get along with my old fart the cat. I have not had a dog in near 30 yrs so I am a novice at this...HELP!!!! Emma is a sweetheart tho... I have a kind spirit and most animals know that! That is why I have more mouths to feed now than ever. I have just found homes for 4 feral kittens and have had their feral mother neutered, I am so relieved but I need help catching the rest. Tell me, am I nuts or what. I dilike developers in the valley as I believe they are taking away the native habitats for the native species. Man has this thing about killing wild animals that are in their backyard w/o thinking that "MAN" is the interloper!!! This is a little sore spot with me and many may differ. I have a wonderful family but they all live far away. My mom and brother live down in So. Cal and my sister is temporarily in Va. So I am quite isolated from family. I would like to have a family as well tho at my age it will consist of a 'significant other' and my pets. And yes I talk to my pets but thankfully they do not respond in kind!

I came into this home with my two original felines, Spot and SamSam. Sadly SamSam passed on to the next world and owner at the age of 19+, sadly I still miss him after all these months. The house came with two kittens so I adopted one but one passed on. Then the yr after that, I inherited a bro & sis out of a batch of kittens (from a batch of kitten that neighbors refuse to call theirs, they are neglectful of their animals & this is a sore spot with me). Anyway, one sib is calico & the other is a Ginger cat. Then I have the papa of all times but I have yet to catch the booger but in time he will but he is tameable. I think I have the touch of "Cat whisperer"...(I must be nuts). As of June 2005 I have finally adopted the sheltie, my ex could not manage to keep his wits and give her a lasting home and she does love me as I have known her for 6 mos. prior to adoption and I was told I look like her original female owner(prior to ex) so she adores me. She is a sweetheart! Now we must bond....what am I doing, I do not know how to take care of a dog...I need helppppppP!

I want a family type person. He should be somewhat familiar with the arts or artistic. He would be knowledgeable of horticulture perhaps but not required. It would be nice if he has a youthful nature, still willing to do things, explore and still into that Rock n Roll or similar. I tend to be younger in thought as I had no kids to mature me.... I really do not tolerate couch potatoes or extreme sports freaks. I tend to be an "OUTSIDE" person not a inside person so I need someone complimenting this nature of mind. As for the rest there must be chemistry and that is the all important!

My cats are persnickety. Mine are CONTROL freaks and arrogant as heck so they are better off not bugging other unsuspecting suckers like myself. I would like to see a pooch around the house. I could see my felines dating a Border Collie or Aussie...get some diversity into this family of fun! And it be, Emma, the Sheltie has betstowed herself into my family. She seeks a laid back pal or even a hyper one as Emma needs to MOVE like her master. She is too laid back and sometimes too polite to ask for help but her eyes are a killer.....she bats an eyelash or two and the men go ga ga!

He was my lovey dovey B & W cat for near 20 yrs. He ran into my life thru the livingroom door one day and stayed. As tears go by......... I also have a statue dedicated to SamSam and his predecessor who ALSO was my love of my life (Spidey the blk cat)and had also saved me from a home intruder/theif...yep he did! Waaaaaaaaaaaa my babies.....
