I tend to be very passionate about my job and my home life. My family is #1 (including my fur family) and we spend alot of time together. I enjoy hiking and sipping on an iced Americano with my dogs. I love taking pictures of anything and everything...always have my camera just in case. The best is spending the day outside with friends and dogs then the night with a movie, the dogs, and some hot cocoa.

Abu is 12, he's the crazy cat in the house...he really likes to pretend he's a dog. Doughnut is my red-eared slider who lives in "Turtle Land" (the backyard) and she is the funniest little turtle ever! A new rescued turtle,Rico etc, just joined turtle land...another water turtle of some kind. Old Man Myrtle is a 46 yr. old desert tortoise that I recently adopted. He lives in the yard with the turtles. Tiberius is a 6 yr. old Lhasa Apso who does a ton of tricks (too many to count) and cleans up after everyone else...he puts all the toys in the toy box every night. Bicycle is my 5 yr. old Shep/Chow mix who has had a really tough life. He has been sick or injured at least twice a year since he was born. He is the king of the house and the most special dog ever!

Hi, I'm Bike. My mom said I should type this and I always listen to her, so here it goes. She works hard for us all day and then after she helps other animals, she comes home with the best smells on her. Always has enough love for each and every one of us and gives us the best of the best food...mmmm so tasty. She always tells us how much she loves us and that if she could stay home with us every day she would. I am really attached to my mom because she always holds me when I don't feel well...which is alot of holding! My brothers and sister and I are all rescued and we try to show her how much we appreciate her, she has helped us all so much. She has even saved our lives a few times, and never, ever gives up on our health problems...we are a real family with her and she treats us very well. But I keep telling her we're not spoiled.

I am a woman seeking a man age 33 to 40

I have this crazy idea that I will meet people doing what I love. Either with my dogs or at work, during everyday activities. I enjoy the company of like-minded people...easy-going, relaxed, caring, hopeful, happy, fun people. I don't hang out with smokers or drinkers. I prefer someone who has similar interests and religious background, who is gentle and kind to others. It would be great to find a camping buddy or a dog park pal who lives close to me.

We play hard and make lots of funny noises. We don't like the over-bearing types and the weak and frail don't like us. We are content to just sit around while others are rolling around in a big group because we don't want to get hurt. One or two other dogs is the most fun for us. We don't hog the ball either.

Lenny Kravitz

Lenny was a surrendered cat that was brought in for euthanasia, but I fell in love with him and took him home instead. Old and feeble, he enjoyed sleeping about 22 hours a day in the same spot, never minded all the noise from the younger crowd, and loved being brushed and carried around on my shoulder. I was so allergic to him, yet could not stop petting him...he just loved being around people and was a huge flirt! Loved giving "kitty kisses" (up the nose if possible!)and was always trying to sleep on my head. He had super long, black and white fur and I would at times panic because I thought there was a skunk in my house. At 17 years old he passed away because of kidney failure and heart disease. He is missed very much.

Sammy (aka: Noodle)

Sammy was a skinny, skinny doxie that I rescued from the Humane Society. His age and history were unclear, but he took my love for animals to a new level. The best companion and cuddler in the history of dogs! He woke up paralyxed one day and after 2 long months of multiple therapy sessions each day, he was running again. About a year and a half after the recovery, he was diagnosed with Megaesophagus and shortly after, splenic cancer. He passed away within a week of finding out and I was able to hold him for the euthanasia. He goes down in history for being the best little doxie ever!!!I still miss him very much and hope to one day have another dachsund.

Weeble

A little parakeet with a big heart and even bigger vocabulary. Bright yellow with some green on his tail and wings, he would call the dogs over just because...never had a reason for saying the things he did, he was very smart and expressive. I miss his little chirps and jibber-jabber. The most recent pet that I lost to some wild beast outside was my little girl turtle, "Doughnut". Most people don't think turtles have personality, but they do, and she did. Her way of life was super fun always and she never had a dull day in the sun. She loved to hide from me so I couldn't put her to bed at night. Doughnut is very missed by her husband Rico and the rest of her family.
