I think people who have/had or like pets tend to be kinder more gentle people, a characteristic I attain and that I am interested in. But not interested if the pet and person smell alike ;) My friends say I am down to earth and flexible, easy to get along with and fun to be around. My children say they are blessed to have me as their mother, (oh aren't they sweet!).

Ollie our newest edition is a yorkie/chihuahua weighing in at a whopping 4lbs. He is 4mos. and a ball of energy. Gus is a white lab. He is 10+ years old and the most lovable guy in the world. He is actually my childrens dog and lives with their Godmother, he needs the space she can provide. Ms. B is in heaven now but will always be with us in memory. She was a tortious shell tabby. When Godmother and I were 15 we saw her cat give birth and I was able to choose which kitten I wanted and I chose Ms. B who started out all black with a bright orange spot in the middle of her forehead. She lived to be 20 years old, she was an absolute awesome companion.

If my pets could talk they would describe me as a kind loving, gentle, and wonderful person who takes great care of us.

An ideal date for starters would be meeting over lemonade or coffee and having a conversation. I am seeking to start a friendship that has the potential of blooming into a relationship for life in love; someone I can grow old with, who will put on matching sweatsuits and walk down the beach hand in hand and totally in love with me. It is important that a gentleman has a great sense of humor, morals and values should naturally be in tact. I prefer the appearance of a gentleman that takes care of himself. I would hope that we could share some of the stated interests and hobbies, as well as, an interest in education (I am currently completing the pursuit of my education), and the interest of my children and their children (if any). My wonderful 20 year old tortius shell kitty. The best animal friend anyone could ever have. RIP Ms. B. We still think of you often and laugh from the memories you left with us. Ms. B was my fifth kitty by the time I was fifteen, the others had all passed away in some form or another. By the time she came along I was very protective and kept an extremely watchful eye on her. She was a bit like a dog, in that when I came home from school and eventually when I drove up from work, she would come running down the hill at the sound of my voice or sound of my car even. She came screaming all the way down, until she reached me and then would just purr n' purr n' purr. She was like my first child, and we treated each other as such. She was bascially my kitty but simply by the love and affection we showed one another my whole family, especially my father (rest his soul) became attached to her. Then after my children were born, Ms. B became sort of a mother, not having had any kittens, she took on the role of watching the children sleep. Should they wake and I wasn't immediately around, Ms. B would come circle me and then proceed to the room when the baby was, as if to say "come on the baby is awake, come and get the baby" As the children grew she continued a watchful eye, until we started having to watch out for her in mid-'99 when she began to slow down. In Nov '99 when she passed it was an extremely hard time not only for me but for the children and the rest of my entire family by this time. Even my brother-in-law, who did not like even a pet fish, grew attached to her and was sad that, as he would say, "His Cujo" was gone home". She truly touched many lives. She is truly missed terribly!!!
