A little more about me? Well alright, I can tell you that I'm an easy going, fun, spirited gal who enjoys life. I consider myself to be low maintenance and very laid back. I can enjoy a night out or be just as content staying home watching a movie. I appreciate and love the little things in life. There's more I could tell you but I think I've given enough to get started. If what you read interest you then feel free to drop me a line. Checkers is an absolute joy to have around. He's eleven years and since losing his brother last March he has gotten even closer to me than ever before, which I didn't think was possible. He loves to go to the park and enjoys meeting other dogs. He likes to walk around and do waht dogs do, sitting in the shade under a tree and he even likes to go down the slide once in a while.

My Momma is the best! She spoils me, though if you were to say to her that I'm spoiled she would tell you no, that I am well loved, but I know I'm spoiled and I LOVE IT. Momma buys me treats, takes me for walks, plays with me, gives me unconditional love and when it's warm outside she gives me frosty paws or a doggy popsicle.

I didn't check relationship, romance or marriage because I don't think you can go looking for love. That's something that hits you when you least expect it. If a romance is going to blossom through a friendship than it's going to happen. I think 2 friends know when there are feelings growing and would like to take it to another level. I enjoy making people feel good. I enjoy putting a smile on someone's face just with a sincere compliment. I'm a giver almost to a fault. I like to be around people who are honest, fun, sincere and enjoy laughing because that's what I'm all about. If I have to give a description of an ideal date/boyfriend I would have to say a man who can stimulate me completely; mind, body, and soul.

I'm not sure Checkers is looking for a date but I'm sure he wouldn't mind meeting up with you at the park. He likes to meet the other dogs and some will actually get him going. Other dogs he can smell and move on. He's not into chasing the ball or the frisbee anymore but is active and friendly and that's all that really matters.

Dice

Dice was Checkers brother and partner in crime. The two of them together were pure entertainment. He was diagnosed on Feb. 14 to be in conjestive heart failure. We did everything possible but unfortunately Dice deteriated very quickly and on March 19 he had to be put to rest. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about him or miss him terribly.
