I use to say if my dog was a man, she would have been
my soul mate! Silver, was so kind, honest and genuine;
she could make you feel like you were the only person
in the world and yet share her love with every person
she met. She was the kind of girl who always had time
for family and always made time for friends. She never
passed up an opportunity to pause a moment to enjoy the
day or to reach out to someone in need. She enjoyed
children as much as she respected her elders! She was
brave and strong yet allowed herself to be vulnerable.
At play she was the goofiest girl in the world...in
service she was hardworking and dependable. She always
did her best to make good of the bad and great of the
good. She made you feel comfortable just being
yourself and inspired you by her example to be just a
little better. She enjoyed being a couch potato
watching the Red Sox! just as much as she enjoyed
hiking in the mountains. She loved the water...and the
great outdoors was her infinite playground. Silver and
I were a match in every way...so, if you are anything
