Slightly sarcastic, but good-natured. I've finally reached that strange place in life where I like my job, I love my house, and I'm done with classes (for the moment, at least!). While I love my four-legged monsters, family, and friends, I'm hoping to incorporate a romantic interest into the mix. I cook, clean, make soap and candles, and I spend my free time entertaining Olivia, Lizzie, Lucy, Lydia and Lily, as well as reading.

Lily is the cat I adopted from Petsmart shortly after I moved into my house. She's approx. 2 and was abandoned. Lucy is the Siamese kitten I rescued, because I thought Lily needed a friend. Olivia is a deaf white Boxer pup who was tied outside a shelter and was abused. She was about 2-3 months old when I adopted her. She's 6 months now and a total maniac. She loves everyone! Lizzie is the Chow/Border Collie pup I got from a shelter after she was found with her 9 siblings in an abandoned house. She's 3 months old, and a bit more mellow than Olivia. The most recent addition (bringing me to 22 legs, now) is Lydia-a 3 year old Ocicat who has retired from breeding. She thinks the dogs are her playthings and chases them through the house.

Don't let the tattoos and librarian glasses fool you--our mom is a big pushover! Sure, we tried to eat the couch, and we unroll toilet paper all over the house on a regular basis, but we still get to sleep in bed with her every night. Even when we drink the bathwater, or in Lucy's case, fall into the sink while she's doing dishes, we're still spoiled rotten.

What am I seeking from a relationship? Obviously, someone who loves animals and accepts the fact that mine are like kids to me. I'm not looking to get hitched (at least, not in the near future!), and I'm not looking to have any children (of the 2-legged variety). Basically, someone with whom I share some common interests, but who can also introduce me to new ideas and experiences. If you'll tolerate my love of Monty Python, even better!

Olivia loves everyone and everything. She's very outgoing and active. Her date should be full of energy and like to share toys. Lizzie's more reserved, and her favorite activity is to have her belly scratched, so she's looking for someone who's not afraid of showing affection. Lucy craves attention (but only from that special someone) and can be quite vocal about her needs. She needs a partner who isn't afraid to talk back. Lily is refined, but with a goofy side she'll show to the right date-someone rather aloof, who shares her sense of the absurd. Lydia likes a partner who will fight back if she gets too bossy.
