I've lived in NYC for four years in June. I work at a major pharmaceutical company in midtown doing market analytics. I like my job and the people I work with but my definition of life is definitely OUTSIDE of work. Wish I had more energy for it...everyone in NYC works too hard. I'm originally from the midwest (grew up outside Detroit then lived in Cincy). Like all of you, I love my babies. I fully admit that they are the result of some misplaced maternal instincts, but what can I say? They've been a great blessing to me.

Mom takes very good care of us even though we push her limits sometimes with our neediness and our antics. Her love for us is absolute and she would choose us over any man. We have been there with her for the hard times and we love to play a part in making things better. We just moved into a new and bigger apartment she got for us and we love it!

I'm very curious about meeting new dogs and cats but a little shy. Sometimes I hide behind mommy or an even more clever tactic I employ at the parks is to tap the other owner's leg and then he or she will pick me up and cuddle me so I've avoided meeting a strange animal all together. So I'm definitely not looking for the aggressive type. I love to travel around NYC and the country (I'm a good flyer)in my bag or on foot. Sometimes I sneak into restaurants and often I use my flirty attitude to get mommy good service in stores. Mommy would like me to have a pet mate so I can play (the cats just aren't doing it for me) and maybe even take a long nap. I like puppies because I don't feel as threatened by them.
