I just moved to York, PA from St. Paul, MN to be closer to my family. I'm pretty laid back, and in my free time I like to take my dogs to off leash dog parks...which I can't do until they can move into our new home when the fence is up, til then, they get lots of visits from me at the doggy hotel! I love animals, and wish I could have more, but can't at the current time.

Kiefer is the alpha dog of the house. He is a german shepherd/husky mix (think small husky, with shepherd colors). Funnily enough, he's the one that likes to wear dog clothes. Brody is my extreme mama's boy (they're all mama's boys). He is a pembroke welsh corgi who loves to swim of all things. Mowgli is my bengal kitten. He is almost 6 months old. He got his name because he's a cat raised by dogs for the most part (boy raised by wolves, get it?). Lately, Mowgli's favorite activity is playing with my parents' yorkie puppy!

Mom is great, she gives us food and cuddles us and plays with us. And when she doesn't show us enough attention, or gets home late... well, we know how to show her she was a BAD MOM! We keep her on good behavior and in good shape. And she lets us take up as much space in the bed as we want, which we love, even when we stayed at hotels!

For the most part, I'm looking for friends at this point since I am new to the area and know almost nothing about here, except what my parents tell me. But, if the right kind of guy comes along, I'd be up for a date and go from there.

Brody and I (this is Kiefer speaking, I AM the alpha after all) are always looking for new playmates. I just ask that all other males be, how should I say this, snipped (get my point). I also don't trust my size or bigger, almost entire rust colored male dogs. My mom thinks someone like that must have beat me up when I was a baby. And Mowgli is happy playing with us (and the yorkie), Mom doesn't even know what he would do around another cat now! But, he does really enjoy playing with dogs his size he can wrestle...so maybe he would like to play with a cat too...

Baxter

Baxter, who is still on this planet, but now with another family. I'll always love and miss you and please know it was not my choice to give you away, but I found the best home possible. I'll always miss waking up to you spooning my stomach, making content puppy sighs while you slept, and making big, loud yawns. I'll never get over my mom making me give you away, even if you did destroy her townhouse. It was part of your little puppy charm.
