After 1,350+ viewings of my profile without success, I have officially given up. A soulmate is not in the cards for me and I can now accept this and move on. Thanks to anyone who at least considered me. My wonderful dogs provide all the love I need...

I have 14 dogs...some born here and some that were strays...I have 11 females and 3 males so you can guess which ones are fixed. They range in age from around 12 or so ( a dog that belonged to a friend who passed away) named Blondie, and a little over a year (Caissa, Cutie Pie (sisters), Missy, and Pinky. Poppy is a lab mix, had two daughters: Puff and Sad Eyez (both half husky)...Sad Eyez had seven pups of which I kept four: Funny Face, Buddy, Player (the 3 males), and Precious. They are half sharpei. Little One is a miniature Pinscher, Newbie looks like a border collie except smaller, Pinky is a pointer, Caissa and Cutie Pie are german shepard mixes, and Missy is a big huggable furball that appears to be part Welsh Corgi. Blondie is a tiny pomeranian/pekingese mix.

They would definately tell you I am the greatest guy in the world who feeds them well, make sure they get their shots, meds for those who need them, and plays with them all the time. They would also say I hug and kiss them and tell each one of them "I love you" daily.

I'd love to meet someone that shares my love for animals. Someone who sees my having 14 dogs as a sign of a good heart - not one of being strange . Someone who sees, appreciates, and understands the good qualities dogs have; not see them as "just dogs". Someone who understands that calling men "dogs" is an insult to dogs, not men. ;-)

Well there are 14 of us so we're never lonely but any new dog coming around will always be the center of attention!

Krazee

My baby Krazee. I got her at the animal shelter Nov 28, 1994 and she passed away July 30, 2004. I never spent so much time with anyone else in my life and I never loved anyone so much. For 10 years she was always next to me in bed or in a chair or on my lap in the car. There is a terrible void in my life without my baby Krazee. I will miss her forever...

Poppy

I'll have to write about Poppy later; the pain is still to fresh and putting those feelings into words is not something I'm capable of doing right now without breaking down...Let me just say she was such a sweet, mellow, and affectionate dog and I loved her very very much. Poppy passed away Aug 19, 2006.

Squirt

I wish I had a picture of Squirt, all I have is a picture of her memorial. The white paint marks are where she was struck and killed by a speeding motorcyclist. She was only 1 1/2 years old and the most beautiful dog I ever had. She had the biggest most expressive eyes I've ever seen. She was about 62 lbs, and looked like a mix of boxer, pit bull, and maybe some others. As I chased another of my dogs to the right, she followed behind me and was struck.I do not know why the biker didn't slow down when he saw my other dog and me cross the street just before that. I live to the left only a couple hundred feet down. I set up a memorial the next night and on the one year anniversary at 10pm and will do so on the second aniversary as well. Squirt was my first "outsider" dog, she came up to me as a puppy maybe 2 mos old. All my other dogs prior to that I brought with me when I moved in or were born here. She slipped thru my gate and tried to get in my lap as I was on the pc. I keep my front sliding glass door open at all times with a curtain hanging down... I called her Squirt because she was so tiny. She was so cute, when she looked up at me her big ears would both lay across her head pointing in the same direction. I lost Squirt just 7 weeks after I lost Krazee...it was a bad time in my life.
