I am a 28 year old Volunteer Fire Fighter, and am finishing an internship to be a Paramedic. I have worked very hard at school and have recently found myself alone because I could not be home enough. I have my two boys (dogs, of course) to keep me company, but we find ourselves lonely more often than we would like. I have lived in California for about 5 years and really like it. I am usually quiet with people I have just met, but once I get to know you I am a very fun guy to be around. I am looking for a real good friend, which I find myself in short supply of lately. Whatever else happens after that, who knows?

Copper and Elmer are my two Basset Hounds. I love these guys so much and they always make me laugh. When I got Elmer he became very sick and almost died. He and I developed a special relationship during that time and he's my special pup. I probably let him get away with too much because of that, and I think he knows it. They are both very lazy, but really know how to go crazy when they want to.

I think my dogs would describe me as a sucker for a sad face. Also, someone who would do anything in the world for someone he cares about.
