I’m a 31yo, 5’9” white male, with hazel eyes, and dirty blond hair. I don’t smoke, hardly drink, and don’t do drugs, but I’m not uptight about your choices. I look really straight laced (no tattoos/piercings), but I have some interesting stories to tell. I’m the Creative Director for a company based in NY that creates unique and interesting events for its members to enjoy. I produce and host most of the events, which range from art gallery openings to milking a cow to skydiving to world travel and more. There are no boundaries regarding the type of experience that I will create, as long as it is fun. Because of the nature of my work I am very active and engaged, but I don’t really have much of an opportunity to date, because when I meet someone cool or interesting they become my client not my girlfriend.

Kayo is a Native American Indian Dog or NAID for those who like to google everything. My breeder claims that the breed is a rare, almost extinct breed. I believe that though the breed is really cool, they are really just designer mutts. My last two dogs were wolf-dogs and this breed is a close as you can get without the legal or logistical problems. Kayo is super cool and crazy smart. I have taught him human sign language, and he even learned how to turn on and off a touch lamp. I live in an East Village walkup and I am trying to teach him how to buzz people in if they ring the correct way. He is very social and says “what’s up” to everyone at the dog run. He is a super good judge of character and will size you up in a matter of moments.

Bret is an interesting guy, and it’s been good having him around lately. When I was young, we lived up in Gramercy, and he worked in Real Estate, so even though he would take me out for a long walk and a good deal of time in the dog run every morning and evening, he would be gone most of the day. When we moved down to the East Village it got a little better, because he would come home for lunch sometimes. But now it’s great. Ever since October he has been working from home. I don’t know why he spends so much time clicking away at that computer, but it’s just nice to be able to lie on the couch next to him. I do get a little irritated when he talks on the phone. I don’t know why he can’t just pay attention to me all the time. Overall I have to say I like the guy. He gives me what I need and occasionally takes me hiking or running or out skating. I’ve got a pretty good life, and it’s good to have Bret around.

I like exploring personal beliefs, and am likely to engage you in discussions about values and morals, but I will not dislike you or choose not to date you because of any conflict of values or morals we may have. What type of personality and appearance do you prefer? I like a curios and engaging person. You don’t have to be gregarious, but a thinker. If you don’t wonder, and ask why, you’ll probably get annoyed at my need to know. When I wonder about something it becomes a puzzle that I feel compelled to solve. I’d like to find someone that shares this interest in understanding things. In an artistic appreciation of aesthetics appearance is important to me. Form, balance, proportion, mannerisms, character, presentation of self, are all factors that figure into my aesthetic appreciation of women. I live in NY and am inundated by images of what is supposed to be beautiful, and I am not going to say that these powerful marketing techniques have not influenced me. For me, initial lustful and objectified desire fades quickly and aesthetic appreciation lasts. Appearance is important to me; in more of artistic appreciation of aesthetics What interests, hobbies, or travels do you want to share with them? I love experiences. I collect them. If there is something I have never tried, it is on my to-do list. It would be cool if you shared the same curiosity, but I am also into absorbing the passions of others. Anything you are into would be something I would like to explore. We do not have to share the same hobbies or interests to enjoy each other’s company; our differences can be part of the passion that keeps us bonded. Where would you prefer they live? I travel a lot and have a flexible schedule, so it is not essential that you live in the NY area.

I love hiking and spending time outdoors, and it would be cool if you and your pet (if applicable) came along with us. I also like the idea of sharing the responsibilities of pet ownership. You know, helping me walk him when I am sick or need to sleep in, and of course I would take care of your pet if you went out of town or needed my help is some other way.
