My name's Jason. I am 31 years young. I feel like I'm getting to the best part of my life. I love to live and have no desire to slow down now. Not to say I can't relax. The dog and I love to lay around the house from time to time. We also like to walk 5-15 miles a day, depending on the weather and our mood. I love sports and athletics. I'm a former personal trainer and played semi-pro soccer and football. The latter has me rehabbing an injury that I am 85% recovered from. My dog and our long walks have helped immensely. I am very laid back and easy to get along with. I get along with all types of people, from all walks of life. I have no hang ups about doing things. From rock climbing in the rain, beach football, and being at the gym to fine dining, shopping (yes, I said it), art exhibits and the likes. From dirty dive bars to upscale martini lounges. I do well in all environs. I'm not looking for anything specific here and I'm open to anything.

Nola is a frisky little Boston Terrier. She's 2 years old, weighs around 18 pounds. She hops like and wiggles her nose like a rabbit. She runs like a cheetah (getting her hind legs in front of her front and hauling). Her favorite things are chomping on any appendage that moves, rolling around in dirt and grass, killing stuffed animals, and things like that. Cotton appears to be her sworn enemy, as anything with cotton inside is demolished. She also seems to have a leaf fetish. Not sure what that's all about. She is a really sweet girl, very playful, loves to lick faces off. She loves people and will love on anyone, but is a bit shy around other dogs at first. We had one play date with a chihuahua and they were great together. Did lots of running and Nola seemed to be building confidence. With these results, I've decided she needs more canine interaction. I've trained her to walk without a leash, even in the busy streets. She's well behaved and listens to commands.

Nola would say I have too many dynamics. We go from laying around all lazy-like one minute, to me being up and dressed with the leash in hand the next. She'd say I spoil her, as she has every toy in the earth and treats (all natural, at least) out the wazoo. She'd say I run her too hard some times. We do the long walks, plus sprints and laps at the park. Overall, I'd like to think she loves me and thinks pretty well of me.

I'm not really here for a relationship, though I am not saying it's impossible (of the hetero sorts). Just that it's not what I am here for. I wouldn't mind meeting like minded friends. Guy friends that may play in local amateur sports, like to watch the games (maybe friendly wagering), grab beers at times. Nola seems to have a preference to tan dogs, especially pugs, puggles, and boxers. She likes long walks and long sprints. She makes Tiki Barber look like a 400 pound geriatric man, with her speed and moves. She needs someone that can keep up. She'd like someone active and adventurous. Hygeine is important, though she likes to get dirty too.
