What can I say... I love to laugh and have fun but I am also capable of serious conversations and just being able to shut-up and listen. I am a project manager for a national non-profit company. It's fun work and it keeps me busy. I consider myself an outdoor person but find it more and more relaxing to hang out and read. I am trying to get rid of that "always on the go" mentality. I enjoy being with people and make friends easily, but I also enjoy and respect the need for personal downtime. I love to read and I try to vary my reading but usually end up reading from the best sellers instead of the classics which are what I tell myself I should read. The idea of a good day for me:time with the dog, lunch somewhere nice, time spent with someone I enjoy, going out to movie or a club, a good book or video, and a filling dinner. It would be nice to have someone to share this time with.

Cortez is a 90lbs 2 year old German Shepard who loves to be part of the action. The action: Swimming, Hiking, Camping, Dinner Time, Doggy play dates, T.V. Time, and anything that involves him being the center of attention. Cortez loves people, children included! He especially loves to play with cats. Keesha (He came with name..) he is 15 year old Maine Coon and Siamese cat. He weighs 25lbs! He is a big lover cat. The only problem is he thinks he's human. Q-tip is 4 and is a little petite cat who always needs to be near me. She is all black with a white tipped tail.

Jim works too much but always spends time with us in our daily cuddle sessions. When Jim comes back from business trips, he always brings us a new toy, and makes up for lost time. The only time Jim is a pain in the butt is when the Yankees are playing because he totally ignores us, but we still love him.
