I've got a variety of interests, but most of all, I like to enjoy life and have fun no matter what I'm doing. I like to smile and I always try to see the positive side of almost any situation. I prefer to be outdoors - hiking, walking, going for a drive with the top down along the coast or in the hills being bathed by the warmth of a sunny day. At the same time, there's something nice and serene about driving along the coast or going to the beach on a foggy or rainy day as well. I enjoy spending time with friends, volunteering, tennis, anything photography related, the beach, working around the house or in my garden, working pit-crew for friends that race (on a track), cooking and enjoying a great meal, talking, chatting or just relaxing in front of the fire or with a DVD. I'm pretty outgoing and friendly and also very easy going. Life is meant to be enjoyed and any of life's pitfalls just gives you more reasons to appreciate smiles. I'm a good listener and an equally good talker.

I'm pretty sure KC is party Maine Coon, part Tabby. He doesn't have the real long fur of a Maine Coon, but he's really long between his legs and that allows him to open some doors by hanging onto the door knob causing it to turn (although he (thankfully) hasn't figured that opposable thumb thing out out), put his front paws on the top of the kitchen counter when he's standing on the floor, etc. Although he's a cat, I think he thinks he's a dog since he comes when I call him, he brings me his toys when he wants to play and meows at me to follow him.

Larry is very loyal and affectionate. He doesn't hog the sheets and is more than willing to let me sleep with him every night. He's fun to play with and he knows when I bring him my toys that I want to play. Although I know he sees other pets - cats, dogs, horses and what not during the day - he's very loyal to me and I know he'd never stray. :-) Oh, the pictures of me were taken when I was a kitten. The one of me on his shoulder and of him holding me were the 2nd night I adopted him. The other one of me "coming out of the closet" was taken about 3 days after I adopted him. BUT, they're all 3 years old. I'm just as adorable now as I was then, but bigger. I finally got Larry to post some newer photos of me!!
