I'm a sincere, genuine guy looking to meet that "someone special." I am fit and in good shape (165 lbs, 31"waist), and do what is necessary to keep myself that way. Keeping in mind that no one is perfect, and we all have good qualities, I have listed some characteristics I look for in a woman. She would be sincere, genuine, positive and open minded. She is intelligent, yet down-to-earth, and would treat others like she would like to be treated. Yes, she must be physically attractive to me. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so making that judgment is impossible until I see you or your picture. She knows how to communicate her feelings and can appreciate a good sense of humor. She is responsible, ambitious and practical, but knows how to have fun at the same time. She is not pretentious, materialistic or superficial, but rather classy, personable and romantic. She is independent, yet still feels the need to be pampered and treated like a lady. And if she doesn't love football and Seinfeld reruns, she doesn't mind that I do. All in all, she might not be perfect, but she would be to me.
